Laundry is one of my favorite photo subjects. When I travel anywhere I am always anxious to be at least one photo of “hanging out in XX” (XX being the place where I am traveling).

I watched this lady hanging laundry outside her window for quite some time.  There is clearly a method to her madness. Someone recently told me that there is a proper way to hang laundry (particularly darks) in Italy. I need to get the details on that one.
